摘要 阐述了(Mg,Zn)TiO_3固溶体的结构,介绍了不同(Mg,Zn)TiO_3固溶体的烧结性能和介电性能;系统讨论了钙钛矿型τf协调剂和低温烧结助剂的选用规律,概括了制备(Mg,Zn)TiO_3基微波介质陶瓷材料常用协调剂的种类及其对材料性能的影响;指出了(Mg,Zn)TiO_3基材料存在的问题与今后的发展方向。 This paper covers the structure of (Mg,Zn)TiO_3 solid solution.Diferent sintering properties and microwave dielectric properties of (Mg,Zn)TiO_3 solid solution were introduced.The selection rules of perovskite τf compensators and low-temperature sintering additives are system discussed.The additives used in(Mg,Zn)TiO_3-based microwave ceramics and the influences on the properties of materials were summarized.analysed and modified ways were summarized.At last,the problem and develop menttrends of (Mg,Zn)TiO_3-based microwave ceramics were pointed out.
