摘要 采用挤出成型法制备了Al_2O_3蜂窝过滤陶瓷,确定了泥料的最优固-液比,研究了有机塑化剂、烧结温度等对试样成型特性、孔径大小、水通量以及力学性能的影响,分析了产生这些影响的原因。实验表明,MC为最适合于制备Al_2O_3蜂窝过滤陶瓷的塑化剂,以MC10000为塑化剂的试样在1410℃下烧结后有着1.615μm的平均孔径、46.23%的显气孔率、1.95 m^3·m^(-2)·h^(-1)的水通量和较高的抗折强度,为性能最优的试样。 The alumina honeycomb ceramics used for sewage filtering is prepared by extrusion method.Three kinds of plasticizers were added to research how plasticizers would impact the properties of alumina ceramics.The best proportion of solid phase and liquid phase in the extruded-pug and the influence of sintering temperature were studied in this paper as well.The results show that MC10000 is the optimal plasticizer to prepare alumina honeycomb ceramics.The alumina honeycomb ceramics with the porosity of 46.23%,the average pore size of 1.615 μm,the water flux of 1.95 m^3·m^(-2)·h^(-1) and relatively high flexural strength was prepared at 1410 ℃ with MC.
