摘要 以含铁量较高的矿物原料引入铁元素,在梭式窑1310℃还原气氛下,制得翠绿透明的裂纹梅子青釉。实验选择釉果、釉灰、石英、煅烧高岭土进行单因素试验,探讨了其对梅子青釉光泽度、气泡、针孔、裂纹、外观呈色及色度值的影响,在此基础上,对裂纹梅子青釉配方进行了正交试验优化,得出最优配方。 Green transparent crackled plum green glazes were prepared in a shuttle kiln at 1310 ℃ with reducing atmosphere using high iron content mineral raw materials as iron sources.Glaze stone,glaze ash,quartz and calcined kaolin were selected as single factors in the single factor tests and their influence on gloss,bubble,pinhole,crackle,appearance and colorimetric values of as-prepared plum green glazes was discussed.In the light of single factor tests,orthogonal tests were carried out to optimize the formula of crackled plum glazes and the optimum recipe was formulated.
