V_2O_5/MnO_2质量比对煤矸石原位生长莫来石质材料性能的影响 被引量:7

Effects of V_2O_5/MnO_2 Mass Ratio on the Properties of the Mullite Based Materials In-situ Prepared Using Gauge

摘要 以固体废弃物煤矸石和氢氧化铝作为主要原料,并添加氟化铝、五氧化二钒和氧化锰作为矿化剂,原位生长法制备莫来石质材料,考察不同金属氧化物V_2O_5/MnO_2对材料性能的影响。利用X-ray射线仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对莫来石质材料进行显微结构表征分析。实验结果表明:合适的V_2O_5和MnO_2比例可以促使莫来石晶体的良好发育。当V_2O_5/MnO_2质量比为1:2,其样品的抗折强度可达到92.71 MPa。XRD和SEM结果表明:样品是由莫来石作为主晶相和刚玉晶相组成,并且莫来石晶体发育良好。 Mullite-based materials were in-situ prepared by using the solid waste of coal gangue and calmogastrin as the main raw materials,and aluminum fluoride,vanadium pentoxide and manganese oxide as mineralization agents.Effects of V_2O_5/MnO_2 mass ratio on the properties of the samples were studied.The microstructure of the samples was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The experiment results showed that when the mass ratio of V_2O_5/MnO_2 was 1:2,the bending strength of the sample reached 92.71 MPa.XRD and SEM results showed that the sample was composed of mullite as the main crystal phase and corundum as the second phase,and that the mullite phase exhibited perfect interlocking and complex network-like structure.
