摘要
以Ti、Si和C粉体为原料,采用熔盐热处理技术以原位反应合成了TiC-Ti_5Si_3材料。研究结果表明,原料转变为TiC与Ti_5Si_3两相。900℃得到的试样中Ti_5Si_3晶体呈须状,直径约为60 nm,长度约为0.5-1μm。TiC呈典型的颗粒状组织,晶粒大小为50-200 nm。1100℃得到的试样中须状Ti_5Si_3晶体直径约为0.1-0.5μm,长度约为2-6μm。颗粒状组织TiC晶粒大小为50-500 nm。
TiC-Ti_5Si_3 composites were in situ synthesized by salt molten heat treatment using Ti,Si and C powders.The result shows that the raw materials were fully transformed to TiC and Ti_5Si_3.Ti_5Si_3 grains in the sample at 900 ℃ were dentritic.It had a diameter of about 60 nm and a length of 0.5~1 μm.TiC grains in this sample were granules.It had an average size of 50~200 nm.Dentritic Ti_5Si_3 grains had a diameter of 0.1~0.5 μm and a length of 2~6 μm in the sample at 1100 ℃.TiC grains had an average size of 50~500 nm.
