摘要
以红花种子为试验材料,设置了7个NaCl浓度(0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.30%、0.50%、0.70%、0.90%)和蒸馏水对照处理,研究了不同浓度的NaCl胁迫处理对红花种子发芽率的影响。结果表明,NaCl溶液对红花种子发芽率的影响总体上呈低浓度促进、高浓度抑制状态。0.1%NaCl溶液可促进红花种子萌发,其种子发芽率、相对发芽率和相对发芽势均高于对照组;随着盐胁迫浓度的增大,其相对发芽率和发芽势均低于对照组,累计发芽率减小。
The safflower seeds as experimental materials ,this article studied on the effect of the different concentration of NaCl stress on safflow-er seed imbibition germination rate with setting up seven NaCl concentrations (0.10% ,0.15% ,0.20% ,0.30% ,0.50% ,0.70% ,0.90% )and distilled water control .The results showed that :the effects of NaCl solution on safflower seed germination rate was generally that low concentra-tions promoted and high concentrations inhibited .0.1% NaCl solution could promote seed germination of safflower ,and the seed germination rate ,relative germination rate and germination potential were relatively higher than the control group ;With the increase of concentration of salt stress ,the relative germination rate and germination potential were lower than the control group ,and the accumulating germination rate de-creased .
