牛尾菜乙醇提取物抗类风湿性关节炎作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 为考察牛尾菜乙醇提取物抗类风湿性关节炎的作用,采用佐剂性关节炎模型研究其抗炎作用,采用醋酸扭体和福尔马林模型研究其镇痛作用。结果表明,牛尾菜乙醇提取物0.6g/kg剂量组、0.3g/kg剂量组可显著抑制大鼠佐剂性关节炎的继发性炎症,且可明显降低血清中白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量;0.8g/kg剂量组和0.4g/kg剂量组显著抑制醋酸扭体模型小鼠的疼痛反应;不同剂量组均可显著抑制福尔马林模型大鼠疼痛反应的2个时相。 To study the anti-rheumatoid arthritis activities of ethanol extract from Smilax .riparia .A .DC .Adjuvant arthritis model in rats was used to study the anti-inflammatory activities ,and acetic acid writhing model and formalin model in mice were used to study the analgesic ef-fect .The results showed that 0.6g/kg and 0.3g/kg groups of ethanol extracts from S .riparia had an obvious inhibitory activity to adjuvant -in-duced arthritis in rats ,and decreased the level of IL -6 ,IL-1βand TNF-αin the serum ;0.8g/kg and 0.4g/kg groups had an obvious in-hibitory activity to acetic acid-induced writhing reaction in mice ;All groups had an obvious inhibitory activity to the two phases of formalin -induced pain reaction in rats .
