摘要
建立活血壮筋胶囊质量标准方法。采用TLC法鉴别了人参、桂枝、红花;HPLC法测定血竭中血竭素高氯酸盐含量。色谱柱Shim-Pack VP-ODS C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(43∶57);流速1.0mL/min;检测波长440nm;柱温40℃。血竭素高氯酸盐在0.080 64μg^0.403 2μg之间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率为97.89%,RSD为1.40%。本方法灵敏、简便,结果准确,精密度及重现性较好,可以用于活血壮筋胶囊质量控制。
To study the quality specification of Huoxuezhuangjin capsule. By thin layer chromatography Ginseng,Cassia Twig and Safflower were differentiated,and the content of dracohodin perochlorate was determined by HPLC. Chromatographic condition: The Shim-Pack VP- ODS C18column( 250mm × 4. 6mm,5μm) was used with acetonitrile- 0. 05mol /L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution( 43∶ 57) at the mobile phase,the determine wavelength:440nm,the column temperature:40℃,and the flow rate:1.0mL/min. There were good linear relationships in the ranges of 0. 081 34μg- 0. 813 4μg. The average recovery was 97. 89% with RSD of 1. 40%. This method is simple and accurate with good repeatability and recovery,thus it can be applied for the quality specification of Huoxuezhuangjin capsule.
