低膨胀锂质无光釉的研制

摘要 在镁质透明釉的基础上,添加透锂长石和硅酸锆等原料,制备了透锂长石质低膨胀陶瓷坯釉配方。通过XRD、热膨胀仪及白度仪等多种测试手段对试样进行表征,分析了硅铝比、透锂长石含量对无光釉釉面效果的影响,并确定了最佳配方和制备工艺。结果表明:在烧成温度1260℃,保温时间30min时,硅铝比最佳范围为6.9-8.3,釉料配方中透锂长石的含量为45%,制备出坯釉适应性良好,膨胀系数为0.92×10-6/℃,光泽度为9.8%,白度为85.5%,呈丝绢状且白如天鹅绒,耐脏污,热稳定性能好的锂质无光釉。 On the basis of magnesia transparent glaze, adding raw materials such as petalite and zirconium silicate was prepared through low expansion ceramic glaze formula. By XRD, thermal expansion instrument and whiteness meter and other test methods for characterizing the sample, analyzes the content of Si/Al, petalite influence on effect of mat glaze, and determine the best formulation and preparation technology. Results show that the sintering temperature of 1260 ℃, holding time 30 min, silicon aluminum than the best range of 6. 9-8. 3,glaze formula petalite content is 45%, in the preparation of the billet glaze adaptability is good, the expansion coefficient of 0.92 × 10-6/℃, gloss was 9.8%, the whiteness of 85. 5%, is silk and white such as velvet, dirt resistance, good thermal stability of lithium matte glaze.
