青花瓷是中国陶瓷史上最为著名的陶瓷品类,作为景德镇陶瓷在元代的杰出创造,其不仅集釉下彩绘工艺之大成,而且将中国传统书画艺术第一次大面积整体性地与陶瓷装饰工艺结合,开创了陶瓷装饰艺术的崭新阶段。元以后的数百年来,在景德镇青花作为制瓷工艺传统和产业一直延续至今。

Blue and white porcelain is the most famous kind of ceramics in the history of Chinese ceramics.As an outstanding creation of Jingdezhen ceramics in the Yuan Dynasty,it not only integrates under-glaze painting technology,but also integrates Chinese traditional painting and calligraphy art with ceramic decoration technology for the first time in a large area,creating a new stage of ceramic decoration art.Over the centuries since the Yuan Dynasty,the blue and white arts and crafts in Jingdezhen have been the tradition and industry of porcelain making.Looking back on this period of history,it is not difficult to see that the production of blue-and-white porcelain has basically formed two categories of official kiln system and folk kiln system because of social structure and division of labor,and has formed distinct different style characteristics according to different orientations of demand objects and values.The blue-and-white porcelain of the official kiln system has neat,rigorous,full decoration and high level of decoration.Even the painting is very decorative.The blue-and-white porcelain of the folk kiln system has concise and frank decoration,and even the patterns are more expressive.Overall,the blue and white decoration in history,whether it is the folk kiln or the official kiln,can be classified as the decorative pattern drawn with blue and white materials.
