海外竞求鸣远碟——戬谷堂陈鸣远五色供碗初探

Overseas Competition for Mingyuan Disk——Preliminary Study on Chen Mingyuan's Five-color Bowl in Shigutang

多年前即辗转得知南通博物苑藏有五件陈鸣远款紫砂供碗,笔者有幸上手观察记录这批珍贵的藏品,并于南通博物苑发表「海外竞求鸣远碟—戬谷堂陈鸣远紫砂供碗初探」演讲,本文即是依此汇整而成。本文对五件供碗的泥料,形制,装饰及款识索引进行研究,并经由实际观察,笔者认为这套供碗是清季紫砂名手陈鸣远的作品,当无疑议。陈鸣远技艺精湛,兼备光素、筋纹及花货三类技能于一身,笔者认为南通博物苑所藏五色供碗应是陈鸣远有意的「炫技」之作,五碗泥料各异其趣,形制同中求异,装饰元素精彩纷呈。

Many years ago, I learned that there are five purple sand bowls in Nantong Museum. I had the privilege to observe and record these precious collections. I also gave a speech on 'Overseas Competition for Purple Sand Bowls by Mingyuan Chen in Shigutang' in Nantong Museum. In this paper, five pieces of mud, shape, decoration and style index for bowls are studied, and through actual observation, the author believes that this set of bowls for bowls is the work of Chen Mingyuan, a famous purple sand player in the Qing Dynasty. Chen Mingyuan’s skill is exquisite. He has three kinds of skills: light element, rib pattern and decoration. The author believes that the five-color bowls hidden in Nantong Museum should be Chen Mingyuan’s deliberate 'dazzling skill'. The five bowls of mud have different interests, different shapes and systems, and wonderful decorative elements.
