钛酸丁酯与乙酐的反应和产物钛氧有机化合物结构分析 被引量:9

摘要 钛酸丁酯与乙酐在环己烷中混合加热反应 ,钛酸丁酯中的烷氧基容易发生二取代反应 ,生成溶于有机溶剂的丁氧基乙酸钛 [Ti(OC4H9) 2 (OOCCH3) 2 ]和乙酸丁酯 ;在过量的乙酐存在下 ,二取代产物形成两种不同结构的钛氧有机物 ,乙酸氧钛[TiO(OOCCH3) 2 ]和丁氧基乙酸氧钛 [Ti2 O(OC4H9) 2 (OOCCH3) 4 ] ,两种物质分子中都存在Ti—O—Ti键型的结构 ,它们不溶于有机溶剂 .Ti2 O(OC4H9) 2 (OOCCH3) 4 When the mixture of titanium tetrabutoxide [Ti(OC 4H 9) 4] and acetic anhydride [(CH 3CO) 2O] was heated in cyclohexane, tw o butoxyl groups (OC 4H 9) in Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 were replaced easily so as t o form titanium dibutoxide diacetate [Ti(OC 4H 9) 2(OOCCH 3) 2] and butyl acetate (CH 3COOC 4H 9). In plenty of (CH 3CO) 2O, Ti(OC 4H 9) 2 (OO CCH 3) 2 was transformed into two kinds of titanyl organic compounds with diff erent structure, titanyl diacetate [TiO(OOCCH 3) 2] and titanyl dibutoxide tetraacetate [Ti 2O(OC 4H 9) 2(OOCCH 3) 4] that all contain Ti—O —Ti structure units. Titanium dibutoxide diacetate could be dissolved in orga nic solvent but titanyl organic compounds could not. Titanyl dibutoxide tetraace tate was decomposed more easily by heating than titanyl diacetate.
