摘要
本研究首次提出并完成了双胺非水体系中ZSM-5沸石的合成。采用XRD、IR、^(20)Si-NMR等技术探讨了该体系的沸石合成机理,并对该类沸石特性作了表征。过程跟踪信息表明,这个过程为一个典型的固相转化过程,因而为固相机理的存在提供了可靠根据。XRD的结果表明,与水热体系相比较,双胺非水体系沸石产品的晶胞体积出现收缩趋势。在CO的加氢反应中,CO转化率为47.0%,C_2—C_4烯烃的选择性为44.6%。
The present paper reports the synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolite in a dual amine non-aqueous system and its characterization. XRD, IR and ^(29)Si-NMR have been used to clarify the mechnism by which the crystallization of ZSM-5 zeolite takes placein non-aqueous medium. The results show that the crystallization is a typical solid phase trnasformation process. XDR results show that the unit cell volume of the product is smaller than that of products synthesized in aqueous system. The catalytic behaviour of the ZSM-5 thus synthesized was examined for synthesis gas(CO +H_2)conversion to olefins.The conversion of CO is 47.0% and selectivity to C_2-C_4 olefins is about 44.6%.
