摘要
介绍了含玻璃内芯的新型毛细管色谱柱的制备方法,以正癸烷和正庚烷为测试物,测定了这种柱子的柱效率和柱容量,并与普通玻璃毛细管柱进行了比较。结果表明,所制玻璃芯毛细管柱的柱效率和柱容量均优于普通毛细管柱。用玻璃芯毛细管柱及使用这种柱子的GC/FTIR联用系统分别分析了烷芳烃混合物和合成汽油样品,取得了满意的结果。
A novel GC capillary column with glass wire center has been developed.The drawing method of this column was discribed. The column efficency and capacity were evaluated using n-decane and nheptane as probing compounds. A comparison was made between the novel column and an ordinary one. Chromatographic data showed that the former is superior to the later with respect to capacity and efficency. Samples of F-T synthesis product and mixtures of alkanes and aromatics were analysed using this new column. Both major and minor compounds can be well seperated when larger samples were injected. This novel column was coupled with Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR) and samples of F-T synthesis product were chosen for study using the GC/FTIR system. Results revealed that high loadability and powerful Seperation ability with this new column can well meet the requirement of FTIR identification with light pipe
