摘要
人群调查和动物实验发现 ,锰能使体内脂质过氧化物 (LPO)及其代谢产物丙二醛 (MDA)的含量增加 ,同时机体内超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH Px)等抗氧化酶类的活性也发生不同程度的改变 ,提示锰的毒作用损伤机制与上述因素有关。
The increased MDA level and inhibited activities of antioxidant enzymes such as SOD and GSH Px were observed among the Mn exposed workers and animal,suggesting that these factors could relate with the toxic mechanism of manganese.
