摘要
本文研究了煤的氧化、煤的岩相组成、以及复合添加剂对煤成浆性能的影响。实验指出,煤的自然氧化将大大降低煤浆煤浓度、增加煤浆实测粘度和目测流动度,但对煤浆结构沉淀性质改变不大;在煤灰分含量基本一致时,煤的岩相显微组分中镜质组、半镜质组含量增加,丝质组含量减少,可综合提高煤浆性能;复合添加剂可使煤浆具有高煤浓度、低粘度、煤浆结构疏松、稳定性好易触变的性质。
This study examined the effect of coal oxidation,coal macerals and complex additive on the performance of CWS. It was found that the oxidation of coal cause decrease of coal concentration in CWS an increasing its viscosity, but its constitution is hardly changed, The coal containing more vitrinite and semivitrinite and less fusinite is beneficial to its slurryability. The complex additive will increase coal concentra tion and decrease viscosity whereas the CWS constitution becomes loose.
