摘要 介绍了近年来对大豆异黄酮生理作用机理和效能的研究结果 ,大豆异黄酮可防止骨质疏松、保护血管、防止癌症和减缓更年期症状等多种生理功能。采用溶剂萃取 ,再精制的生产工艺 ,可得到 4 0 %以上的大豆异黄酮 ,萃取率高于 85 % ,得率大于 70 %。 The research results of bio functions of soybean isoflavone that were obtained in recent years were introduced.Soybean isoflavone can prevent osteoporosis,cancer and cardiovascular risk and reduce premenstrual syndrome and menopansal syndrome etc.With the extraction by alcohol or methanol and then purification,40%content of soybean isoflavone can be obtained.The extraction rate is beyoned 85%,and the yield is beyond 70%.
