摘要
用电加热金属丝网装置在氮气气氛下对我国两种褐煤进行了快速热解,从实验结果计算了基于单一反应模型和多重反应模型的非等温动力学参数。结果表明,模型参数均与煤种和加热条件有关.多重反应模型参数较好地符合其物理含义。两种模型均能成功地预测热解过程。
Flash pyrolysis of two Chinese lignites was investigated under nitrogen atmosphere with electric heated grid reactor The nonisothermal kinetic parameters based on the single reaction model and the multiple reaction model were determined from experimental data. The activation energies range from 26.5 to 32.8 kJ·mol^(-1) for the single reaction model, whereas for the multiple reaction model the mean activation energies range from 169 to 206 kJ·mol^(-1). Both models used can successfully predict the pyrolysis reaction, but the kinetic parameters of the multiple reaction model are better consistent with their physical meaning.
