甘油为溶剂体系的亚油酸异构化研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了红花籽油以甘油为溶剂 ,在氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠的催化下 ,一定反应温度和反应时间下进行异构化反应的方法。并且通过正交实验对反应条件进行了优化 ,优化的反应条件是溶剂∶原油 (W∶W) 3∶1,催化剂KOH 32g ,反应温度 195℃。此方法既避免了溶剂残留 ,又获得质量较好的产品 。 A method is described to isomerization reaction of safflower oil with glycerol solvent,KOH or NaOH as catalyzer,a certain reactive temperature and time By orthogonal eoperiment,the optimal technological conditions of isomerization reaction is that the ratio of solvent and raw oil 3∶1,catalyzer KOH 32 g,reactive temperature 195℃ The method can not only avoid the maining of solvent,but also gain the product with super quality,so it has wide application prospect.
