摘要
近几年,BIM技术在铁路行业取得较大进展,出台一系列标准,但是在正向设计方面仍处在探索阶段。结合这一现状,对BIM技术在铁路预应力混凝土简支梁结构设计中的应用进行研究。研究结论:(1)现有的BIM模型与有限元软件之间转换多局限于工业规格标准截面,用户自定义截面存在较多的信息丢失问题;(2)通过语言编程使BIM模型与有限元软件数据进行交互,能够实现两者之间的结合;同时基于BIM模型可自动生成二维图纸、统计数量,一定程度上提高设计效率;(3)研究内容能够为BIM技术在铁路桥梁结构正向设计中的应用提供指导借鉴作用。
BIM technology has made great progress in the railway industry in recent years,and a series of standards have been formulated.However,we are still at the exploratory stage to apply BIM technology to forward design.For this situation,this paper focuses on the application of BIM technology in the structure design of prestressed concrete simply supported beam.The results show that(1) the transformation of the current BIM model to the finite element analysis model is limited to industrial standard cross-section,and the user defined cross-section is faced with great information loss;(2) BIM model can be interacted with finite element by means of language programming,which makes it possible to combine the two;2-D drawings and structure number tables are automatically generated based on BIM model to improve design efficiency;(3) the research results can provide guidance and reference for railway bridge forward design on BIM technology.
