摘要
研究目的:高速铁路线下工程沉降监测作为铁路建设与工务维护的重要组成部分,对于保障高速铁路安全运营具有十分重要的意义。通过将岩土工程、物联网、大数据等先进技术进行深度融合,本文主要介绍一套高速铁路线下工程沉降的智能监测与评估系统,以期为高速铁路运营维护提供科学决策。研究结论:(1)通过温度补偿试验对传感器进行校正,大大提高了静力水准仪在变温条件下的精度(-20℃~40℃下0. 2 mm);(2)研发了一套基于无线组网技术的沉降智能监测评估系统,系统具有自适应降噪、变频采样控制、数据掉线重传、大数据分区存储、数据压缩传输、三维地理信息展示等技术特点,可满足桥、隧、路等多种监测应用场景;(3)系统实现了高速铁路线下工程施工期与运营期的沉降安全状态实时监测与评估。
Research purposes:Settlement monitoring of high-speed railway underline engineering,which is an important component in the railway construction and maintenance,has great significance to guarantee the railway safety operation.By merging advanced technology,such as geotechnical engineering,Internet of Things,big data,a set of settlement intelligent monitoring and evaluation system of high-speed railway is developed,which provides scientific decision for the railway maintenance.Research conclusions:(1)Through temperature compensation test for the sensor correction,the precision of the hydrostatic leveling is greatly improved.(2)A set of settlement intelligent monitoring and evaluation system based on wireless network technology is developed,which has technical characteristics as follows:adaptive noise reduction,frequency converting control,data offline cache,big data partition storage,data compression transmission,three-dimensional geographic information display,and so on.(4)The system processes real-time monitoring and evaluation of the high-speed railway settlement in construction period and operational period.
