砂质新黄土隧道水平旋喷桩快速施工技术

Rapid Construction Technology of Horizontal Jet Grouting Pile in Sandy New Loess Tunnel

摘要 以蒙华铁路万荣隧道工程为例,采用三维数值计算方法,计算分析水平旋喷桩超前预加固在砂质新黄土隧道施工中的可行性,确定TY400和ST60两种钻机合理施工参数及相应加固方案,总结提出砂质新黄土隧道水平旋喷桩快速施工技术。结果表明:采用水平旋喷桩加固掌子面后,在掌子面及周边形成了承载环,塑性区范围明显减小,提高了掌子面的整体稳定性,水平旋喷桩超前支护技术在砂质新黄土地层加固效果明显,为今后砂质新黄土地质条件下隧道工程的施工提供经验参考。 Taking the Wanrong Tunnel of Menghua Railway as an example,the three-dimensional numerical calculation method is used to calculate and analyze the feasibility of prereinforcement of horizontal jet grouting piles in the construction of new sandy loess tunnels,and to determine the reasonable construction parameters of TY400 and ST60.Corresponding reinforcement schemes,summed up the rapid construction technology of horizontal jet grouting piles in sandy new loess tunnels.The results show that after the horizontal jet grouting pile is used to reinforce the face of the face,the bearing ring is formed on the face and the surrounding area,the range of plastic zone is obviously reduced,and the overall stability of the face is improved.Provide reference for construction.
