摘要
对各种常用基础制动在马来西亚米轨动车组动力车上的适应性进行了分析,确定采用轮盘制动的基础制动形式。但米轨轮对内侧距小,轮盘制动装置布置困难。通过对牵引电机、联轴器、齿轮箱、基础制动单元结构进行优化设计,解决了米轨动车组动力车轮盘制动布置的难题。
The adaptability of all kinds of fundamental brake devices to motor bogie of Malaysia EMU with meter gauge is analysed,and the wheel disc brake device is selected.But because the distance between backs of wheel flanges is small,it is very difficult to arrange the wheel disc brake device.Through optimizing the structure design of the traction motor,coupling,gearbox,foundation brake unit,the problem is solved.
