轮径差对地铁车辆轮对磨耗的研究 被引量:12

摘要 由于制造误差或轮对磨耗,车辆轮对在运行过程中逐渐产生轮径差。对于在城市轨道线路上运行的地铁车辆,由于运行线路固定,轮对周期性的受到相同外部激励,更易发生轮对磨损。通过建立SIMPACK地铁车辆模型,结合某市地铁线轨道实际情况。选择不同轮径差值的地铁车辆模型在该线路上进行动力学仿真。随着轮径差逐渐增大轮对摇头角、横向位移、磨耗功率、轮对蠕滑力都急剧增加。进一步增大了轮径差,恶化了车辆的动力学性能。 Due to the manufacturing error and wheel wear,vehicle wheelset produce radius difference gradually in the process of operation.For Subway Vehicles running on urban line,The wheelset subjected to the same external stimulus periodically owning to the fixed line is more likely to wear.Combined with the actual situation of urban subway lines,a dynamic model of Subway Vehicle is built through SIMPACK.The subway vehicle with different wheel radius value make dynamics simulation on this line.Along with the gradual increase of radius difference,the Yaw angle of wheelset,lateral displacement,friction power and creep force of wheelset all increase sharply,the wheel radius difference increases furtherly and deteriorate the performance of dynamic behaviors.
