摘要
对安达环保型盾尾密封油脂的组成、作用、性能指标、现场使用和总结进行了梳理。从微观结构上探讨其组分的作用以及如何影响其宏观使用性能,并展示其详细的性能指标;通过产品的现场使用,总结出了不同的温度环境、不同的地层下,使用不同型号的盾尾密封油脂。这对我国不同地区、不同施工地层等选择高性价比的盾尾密封油脂提供参考。
In the paper,the component,function,property,application and result of application of ANDR environment-friendly shield tail sealing grease are reviewed.At microstructure level,the function of components of shield tail sealing grease and their influence on its macroscopic property are studied,and the property index is shown in detail.Different types of shield tail sealing grease are recommended at different environmental temperature and different stratum through the actual use of shield tail sealing grease.It is of significance to choose high cost-effective shield tail sealing grease for different areas and different construction strata.
