摘要
北京市轨道交通亦庄线BT工程为国内首次系统化地将第三方监测为主体的安全风险技术管控体系引入BT建设模式下的地铁线路,通过应用较为先进技术手段对BT工程车站和区间的周边环境及围护结构体系进行现场安全监测、安全巡视及安全风险咨询管理服务,使BT工程土建施工阶段的风险源始终处于安全可控状态。该项监测技术的应用不仅积累了不同工法下多种复杂地铁建设环境中安全风险技术管控的成功经验,还为BT工程建设提供了安全保障服务,为实现亦庄线提前16个月安全顺利建成通车作出了积极贡献。
Beijing Yizhuang subway is the first BT Project that systematically applies the risk technology management sys-tem to urban rail transit of BT mode in our country.By using advanced technology measures to monitor,inspect and manage the deformation of subway surroundings and retaining structure,the risk sources are controllable during the subway con-struction.Because of the application of the third-party monitoring technology in this project,plenty of successful risk tech-nology management experience is accumulated under different construction methods and surroundings,and BT project is fin-ished safely 16 months ahead of schedule.
