摘要
风积沙地层洞口段防止塌方是施工中的重点和难点,而超前大管棚施工是预防塌方最有效的措施。结合工程实践,通过对大管棚施工机具和施工方法的改进,经济有效地解决了在风积沙地质条件下施工大管棚时钻机易扎头、孔壁易坍塌、孔内沙土不易清理等多种难题。
The collapse prevention in portal section is the key and difficulty technology in the construction in aeolian sand formations,while the advanced big pipe construction is the most effective measure to prevent collapse. Based on the engineering practice,the improvement of shed construction equipment and construction method,cost-effective solution was found to the difficulties of easy head rig,easy hole wall collapse,difficulty in the cleaning up of sand in hole in the construction of large pipe roof in geological conditions of aeolian sand,and other problems.
