摘要
哈齐铁路客运专线是世界第一条在高纬度严寒地区修建的高速铁路,设计采用CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道结构,CA砂浆作为无砟轨道结构的关键材料,其质量性能的优劣直接影响到轨道结构的稳定性、抗冻性、耐久性、维修成本。通过哈齐铁路客运专线CA砂浆施工实例,探讨高寒地区铁路客专CA砂浆灌筑关键技术,解决施工过程中出现的砂浆分层、气泡过多或不均匀、砂浆褶皱超标、轨道板边角悬空超标等问题。
Harbin-Qiqihar railway passenger dedicated line is one of the world's first high-speed railway construction in northern cold region,in whose design the CRTSI type plate without a frantic jumble of track structure is used. Cement emulsified asphalt mortar as a key material of frantic jumble track structure,the pros and cons of the quality performance,directly affects the performance of the stability of the track structure,frost resistance,durability and maintenance cost. Taking the CA mortar construction at harbin-Qiqihar railway passenger dedicated line as an example,the paper discusses the key technology of CA mortar pouring for CRTSI track plate at railway passenger dedicated line in the high latitude area,resolves mortar layer,too many bubbles or uneven,over mortar folding,track plate edges over dangling in the construction process,etc.
