摘要 大西铁路客运专线是目前国内开工建设的速度达350km/h,最大坡度30‰的第一条客运专线。沿线上跨、下穿多种构筑物,又由于各种因素影响架桥机要多次往返调头施工,工况极为繁杂,沿线工况涵盖了高铁建设以来全部的复杂工况。一般运、架设备无法满足要求,施工中不确定因素难以预估。为了克服运梁车爬坡、运梁车与架桥机在大坡度下就位的困难,缩短下穿隧道、高压线路的时间,便于架桥机调头,应对系杆拱首孔架设等一系列难题,根据沿线工况选择了适当的运架设备,通过简单的改造适用了全线各种复杂工况,节约了成本、提高了功效。 Datong-Xi'an Railway Passenger Dedicated Line is currently the first passenger dedicated line with the construction speed of up to 350 km / h and the maximum gradient of 30 per thousand. The line goes under and above a variety of structures,and because of various factors,the bridging machine need multiple U-turn for construction. And condition is extremely complicated; it covers all complex conditions since high-speed rail construction. General transport,rack equipment cannot meet the requirements,it is difficult to estimate the uncertain factors in construction. In order to overcome the difficulties in transporting girder vehicle climbing,transporting girder vehicle and positioning of bridge erecting machine in high slope,shorten the time for construction under tunnel or high voltage line time and makes it easy for erecting machine to turn,cope with the first hole erecting of tie bar arch,we chose appropriate frame transporting equipment according to the working conditions along the line. A simple transformation makes it suitable for various complex conditions,which effectively reduce cost and improve efficiency.
