新型SAC改性剂对混凝土性能的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of New-style SAC Modifier on the Properties of Concrete

通过对掺入新型SAC改性剂的混凝土和原混凝土在力学性能和耐久性进行了系统的试验比对分析,主要包括抗压强度、抗折强度、弹性模量以及抗氯离子渗透和抗冻性能试验,结果表明,新型SAC改性剂对原混凝土的力学性能和耐久性有显著提高。另外通过水化产物分析和孔结构分析,对新型SAC改性剂的作用机理进行了研究。

In the paper,comparative analysis is made on the mechanical properties and durability between the original concrete and that adding a new-style SAC modifier,including compressive strength,flexural strength,elastic modulus,permeability,resistance to chloride ion penetration and frost resistance test. The test results show that the new-style SAC modifier improves the mechanical properties and durability of the original concrete obviously. In addition,the mechanism of action of new-style SAC modifier is studied through the analysis of the hydration products and pore structure.
