新型地下工程排险车的研制

摘要 目前高度超过8 m的大型隧道依靠人工清除浮岩排险作业,针对其存在的工作效率低、安全性差、排险作业不彻底等问题,通过对国内外隧道排险作业设备的研制和应用进行调研,采用可双向驾驶的轮胎式底盘承载工作臂结构,并通过工作臂尾端的液压镐进行排险作业的方式,研制了一种安全、高效的新型地下工程排险车。该新型排险车具备双向驾驶、先进的行走系统、全液压驱动的工作臂、独特的臂架回转滑移系统和无级调速的液压镐等功能,可实现一次移车完成4.2 m隧道内的浮岩清除排险工作,满足了安全、高效的浮岩清除排险工作的要求。 At present,the tunnel pumice where working height exceed 8 meter is cleared by the manual operation. In view of the existing inefficiency,unsafe and incomplete problems,based on the development and application of tunnel scaling equipment both home and abroad,a new type vehicle equipped with bidirectional tyre and bottom bearing working arms and work through the hydraulic pickaxe with high performance of safety and efficiency for scaling is developed. The vehicle is designed with following functions,such as bidirectional driving,advanced transmission system,and the boom system is equipped with fully hydraulic driven,uniquely rotary,slip system and advanced hydraulic pickaxe,which can complete the clearing and scaling of pumice in 4. 2 m tunnel by one time vehicle moving. The new type vehicle for scaling has been designed to meet the requirements of safety and efficient scaling.
