摘要
钢材是工程施工的必需物资,一般工程项目所用钢材金额约为工程造价的10%左右,钢材采购单价的高低对施工单位的经营业绩至关重要。控制好钢材采购单价并使之不断下降,是施工企业不断降低物资成本支出,增加利润直接手段之一。本文主要从钢材采购着手,分析了钢材采购时出现的问题,提出解决措施,降低采购成本,以提高企业的经济效益。
Steel is a necessary material for engineering construction. In general,the value of the steel is about 10% of the total project cost. Different steel procurement unit price is very important for the operating performance of the construction units. Good control of steel purchasing price and gradual reduction is one of the direct means for an enterprise to continuously reduce costs and increase profits. In this paper,we start from the bidding procurement of steel and analyze the reasons for unbalanced quotation of steel,and also,put forward solution measures in order to improve the economic benefit of the enterprise.
