Common Quality Failings on Grouting with Emulsified Asphalt Cement Mortar and Preventive Measures

水泥乳化沥青砂浆充填层是CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道的重要组成部分,具有环境敏感性高、施工工艺要求严格等特点,是无砟轨道施工质量控制的关键和难点。结合杭长高铁水泥乳化沥青砂浆的施工实例,阐述了CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆施工中出现的质量通病和预防措施,并进行了分析总结。

Emulsified asphalt cement mortar,as the main part of CRTSⅡ slab track,possesses the high environment sensibility and rigorous construction technology,thus it is the key and difficult point for quality control of ballastless track construction. In this paper,with the construction example on emulsified asphalt cement mortar of Hangzhou-Changsha highspeed rail project,common quality failings in the emulsified asphalt cement mortar construction and preventive measures of CRTSⅡ type slab ballastless track are analyzed and summarized.
