根据工程所处施工情况和图纸设计要求,介绍了M50流动性砂浆配合比的设计方法,并对配合比设计难点和施工中注意事项进行了阐述。试验室在前期进行了大量的试配工作,从施工现场所用原材料中,选择水泥与压浆剂配合使用的试验方案。经试验验证,拌和砂浆无收缩性,流动性满足施工要求,强度符合规范要求,并在施工中得到了良好的应用,具有良好的经济效益,可用于非低温和非抢修工程中,对其他类似工程施工具有一定的借鉴作用。

According to the situation in which the construction works and drawings design requirements,the design method of the mixture ratio of M50 mobility mortar and the difficulties and precautions in mixture ratio design and construction are described. A lot of trial works have been conducted in laboratory in the early test. The test program of cement in conjunction with grouting agents is selected from the raw materials used in the construction site. Verified by the experimental,there is no shrinkage in mixing mortar,liquidity meets the construction requirements,and strength is up to the regulatory requirements. A good application has been achieved in the construction,and it has good economic returns and can be used for non-cryogenic and non-repair projects,which can provide certain references for other similar projects.
