泥岩填料路基碾压效果评价的实时预测方法

摘要 为了泥岩填料路堤工程的顺利施工和安全运营,必须在施工过程中对施工效果进行实时估计。本文结合工程实例,将密实度、地基系数、孔隙率、路基弯沉值作为碾压效果的评价指标,根据现场试验数据分析了多点同遍和同点多遍碾压效果之间的关系,使用数据拟合方法提出了泥岩填料路基碾压效果评价的实时预测方法。结果表明,碾压效果和碾压位置所处土层条件关系较大;碾压遍数可以根据密实度要求进行设计;地基系数变化受到多方面的影响;孔隙率和弯沉值不宜作为碾压效果的控制标准。 In order to successfully complete the construction and to have a safe performance of the mudstone packed sub-grade,it is of great importance to make a real-time estimation for the construction effect during the construction process.In the current study,integrating with a practical project and taking the in-situ test results (including compactness,coefficient of subgrade,void ratio,and subgrade deflection value)as the evaluating parameters of the rolling effect,the relations are analyzed between the rolling effects at various construction stages and at various locations.A real-time prediction method is then proposed to evaluate the rolling effect of mudstone packed subgrade by the use of the curve-fit technique.It shows that the rolling effect is much related to the subgrade conditions;the rolling times may be estimated from the compactness re-quirements;subgrade coefficient may be influenced by several environmental conditions;and the void ratio and the deflec-tion value are not suitable to be taken as the controlling parameters in evaluating the rolling effects.
