铁路线路防护栅栏的设置与施工中的问题及对策

Setting of Railway Lines Protective Fence and the Problems and Its Countermeasures During Construction

铁路线路安全防护已成为铁路安全设施建设的一项重要工作。根据防护栅栏设置及因地制宜原则,对铁路沿线各不同地段选用何种形式的栅栏类型及应注意的问题做了较系统的总结。举例说明铁路防护栅栏施工过程中遇到的问题,并在分析这些问题产生的原因后提出相应的对策建议,以确保铁路建设顺利进行。

The safety protection of the railway lines has become an important work of the railway safety facilities construc-tion.According to the principle of the protective fence settings and suit one’s measures to local conditions,in this paper, the selections of the fence type in the different sections along the route of railway and the issues that should note are summed up,the problems met in construction of the protective fence of railway are illustrated with examples,and the causes of these problems are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasure proposal is put forward for ensuring the smooth pro-gress of the railway construction.
