摘要
结合混凝土湿喷机械手在西成客运专线秦岭天华山隧道出口段的施工情况,从湿喷机械手的选型、施工工艺和质量控制要点等方面进行了阐述,并针对传统的干喷工艺,从喷锚质量、效率、成本、回弹率、作业环境、混凝土配合比、速凝剂掺量等方面与湿喷机械手施工工艺进行分析和对比,表明湿喷机械手在硬质围岩全断面施工中具有优越性,有一定的推广价值。
This article combines with the application of the concrete wet shotcrete mechanical arm at the exit of the tunnel of Qinling Tianhua Mountain,Xi’an-Chengdu Passenger Dedicated Line,stating from the model selection,construction technique of wet shotcrete mechanical arm and point of quality control and so on.By analyzing and contrasting with the tra-ditional technique of dry shotcrete from the quality,efficiency,cost,resilient rate,working environment,concrete mix pro-portion,volume of accelerating agent,etc.,it shows the advantage of wet shotcrete in hard rock with the method of full sec-tion excavation.To some extent,it has the value to extend the use of wet shotcrete mechanical arm.
