摘要
结合南京至高淳城际快速轨道TA03标段U型梁提运架工程,阐述了提运架组织、设备选型和配置,以及提运架工艺中的技术难题,并系统总结了U型梁运输保护、吊装和安装就位调整设计研究及实施过程的施工技术,为同类工程提供了U型梁提运架综合技术研究思路和施工借鉴。
Combined with the U-shaped beam hoisting,carrying and erecting technology for TA 03 section of Nanjing-Gaochun intercity rapid rail,this paper describes the hoisting,carrying and erecting organization,equipment selection and configuration and technical problems in the process of hoisting,carrying and erecting,it systematically summarizes the transport protection,hoisting,and design research on in place adjustment for installation of the U-shaped beam,meanwhile,the construction technology in the process of implementation is summarized,which can provide research ideas on integrated technology of the U-shaped beam hoisting,carrying and erecting and construction references for similar engineering.
