摘要
智能张拉系统较传统张拉系统有质量控制可靠性、张拉数据真实性和施工操作便捷性等特点,在预应力桥梁中得到了越来越广泛的应用。如今预应力构件在使用中也暴露了许多质量缺陷,而这些质量缺陷大部分原因是由有效预应力不合格造成的。通过对进行了智能张拉的预应力构件进行有效预应力检测,总结施工中常见的问题并提出相对应的解决方法,归纳出用于指导实际施工的技术要点,具有参考意义。
Compared with the traditional tensioning system,the intelligent tensioning system has the characteristics of quality control reliability,tension data authenticity and operation convenience and so on,it is increasingly widely used in prestressed bridges. Now the prestressed component also exposes many defects in the course of using,and the main reason of these defects is due to unqualified effective prestress. Based on the effective prestress detection for prestressed component which has already been intelligently stretched,the common problems in construction are summarized and the corresponding solutions are put forward,then the technical points for guiding practical construction are summarized,which has a reference value.
