考虑流固耦合铁路隧道下穿河道的扰动及注浆加固研究 被引量:5

摘要 鹅岭隧道进洞口下穿拿山河床,进洞段覆土厚度最小仅16 m,地层为粉质黏土,隧道开挖极易引起塌方,如何防止坍塌是该段隧道的施工难点;隧道围岩软弱破碎,需要进行预注浆加固,施工中如何确定注浆范围及参数是另一个难点。考虑流固耦合作用,采用数值模拟分析,揭示了铁路隧道下穿河道的扰动效应,在试验的基础上,获得了注浆加固参数,为隧道的安全顺利进洞及后期施工提供了技术支持,确保了鹅岭隧道下穿河道段的施工安全。 The entrance of Eling Tunnel is under passing the bed of Nashan River with silty clay stratum,the entrance section minimum thickness of the overlying soil is only 16 m,tunnel excavation easily causes the collapse,and how to prevent the collapse is a difficult problem. In light of weak and cracked rock tunnel,it is necessary to reinforce by pregrouting,then,how to determine the grouting scope and parameter is another difficulty. In consideration of the fluid solid coupling effect,the paper reveals the disturbance effect while the tunnel under crossing the river by means of numerical simulation.On the basis of test,the grouting parameters are obtained so as to provide technical support for going into the tunnel safely and smoothly and ensure the Eling Tunnel construction safety.
