摘要
以解决双块式无砟轨道道岔间夹直线段道床板裂缝为目的,通过现场工程实例,阐述了裂缝的发展状况及特征,并对其形成原因进行了定性及定量分析,同时结合规范给予了相应的修复措施,最后对夹直线段道床板混凝土施工进行了总结,提出了夹直线段无砟轨道按合拢段施工的思路。对今后客运专线无砟轨道混凝土的施工具有借鉴意义。
To solve problems of road bed slab crack in intermediate straight line between double-block ballastless track turnout,and based on the site engineering example,this paper expounds the development situation and characteristics of the crack,and gives quantitative analysis on the formation reasons of the cracks,meanwhile,corresponding repair measures are given combined with the specifications. Finally,the concrete construction of road bed slab in intermediate straight line is summarized,the idea of intermediate straight line in ballastless track according to closure segment is presented,which can provide references for future ballastless track concrete construction in passenger dedicated line.
