摘要
随着我国高速公路建设的快速发展,在地势陡峭、场地狭小、平面落差大的山区公路桥梁设计中混凝土空心薄壁高墩得以广泛应用。在实际施工中,如何解决施工中人员高空作业的安全问题和降低高空作业风险被广大施工管理者列为最关注的重点。考虑高墩高空作业施工安全,结合建设前辈们的施工经验,对翻模施工外支架操作平台进行了技术改进,将模板与操作平台分离,利用墩身承托支架,方便提升和作业。实践证明:分离式操作平台有效地降低了施工人员高空坠落的安全风险,提高了施工速度,保证了施工质量,确保了施工安全。
With the rapid development of highway construction in our country,concrete hollow thin-walled high pier is widely used in the design of highway bridge in mountainous area with steep terrain,narrow space,large gap. During actual construction,how to solve the safety problem of high altitude operation and reduce the risk of aerial work is the most important concern of construction managers. Considering the construction safety of high pier aerial work,and combined with the construction experience of the predecessors,some technical improvements are made aiming at outside brace operation platform for turnover formwork,the template is separated from operation platform,and with pier supporting,it is convenient for lifting and operation. Practice shows that the separation operation platform can effectively reduce the safety risk of the construction personnel,improve the construction speed,and ensure the construction quality and safety.
