摘要
为了解决既有线改造等类似工程中,普遍存在的施工现场交通不便长钢轨无法运输,以及长钢轨厂焊无法开展的困境。结合莫桑比克纳卡拉走廊铁路项目,在以往施工工艺的基础上,经过分析比较和现场实践,形成了工地固定式500 m长钢轨闪光焊接施工技术。该施工技术对解决类似工程的轨道焊接难题有很强的适用性和指导意义,通过在纳卡拉走廊铁路,对已经完成的约30个车站的焊接施工比较分析,采用该施工技术能够明显提高焊轨机工效,显著节约施工成本和缩短工期,显现出了良好的综合效益。
In order to solve the traffic problems for moving the long rails on site and to solve the difficulty for welding the long rails in the rehabilitation of civil works,on the basis of the previous construction technologies and the analysis of actual site situations of Nacala Railway Corridor Project in Mozambique,the construction technology of flash-butt welding for fixed500 m long rails has been put forward and used. The construction method has a strong applicability and guiding significance to the welding problems of similar welding construction. After analyzing welding joints about 30 completed stations for Nacala Railway Corridor Project,the construction technology can significantly improve the efficiency of flash-butt welding machine,greatly lower the costs and shorten the construction period,with the good comprehensive of benefits.
