Transferring Technology Research on TJ165 Railway Bridge Erecting Machine for Long-distance Transportation

TJ165型架桥机原设计为铁路车辆过轨运输,但目前办理架桥机过轨运输异常困难,甚至无法实现。本文详细介绍了TJ165架桥机长途公路转运技术,对架桥机分割、联接、配送等改造方案及具体技术措施进行了阐述,并在兰州颖川堡到天水车站的转场得以实践,收到了良好效果。

The original design of TJ165 bridge erecting machine is used for railway vehicle rail-transferring transportation.But at present,it is extremely difficult or even impossible for handling bridge erecting machine transferring rail transportation. This paper introduces in detail of the transferring technology on TJ165 bridge erecting machine for long-distance highway transportation,and reform schemes for the bridge erecting machine segmentation,connection and distribution and the specific technical measures are described. Then the technology is applied in the transitions of Lanzhou Yingchuanbao to Tianshui Station,which achieves good effects.
