摘要
深圳轨道交通三号线横岗双层车辆段是国内第一个双层结构的车辆段。根据设计,该车辆段将实施上盖物业开发项目,尽管在车辆段设计阶段,已考虑了上盖物业的承载要求,但是对上盖物业的结构形式及荷载传递方式等并没有给出详细的设计,而在上盖物业设计时初选了梁式转换层方案,但该方案施工难度大,成本高,工期长。通过比较分析,最后变更成双层桁架转换体系。经工程实践证明,该方案具有施工简便、造价低等优势,可为今后类似工程处理提供参考。
Heng'gang double-deck depot in the third line of Shenzhen urban rail transit is the first double structure depot in China. According to the design,the over-track building of the metro depot will be implemented,although in the stage of depot design,bearing requirements of its over-track building have been considered,but details of the design are not given to the structure system and load transfer mode,and during the preliminary design stage,beam type conversion layer scheme is selected,but the construction is in great difficulty with high cost and long time. Through comparison and analysis,finally the scheme is changed into double-deck truss transfer system,the engineering practice proves that the scheme after changing has the advantages of simple construction and low cost. The recommend scheme can provide a reference for the treatment of similar projects in the future.
