摘要 结合江西省南昌市绕城高速公路南外环(塔城至生米段)新建工程,阐述了南环高架桥深水承台钢吊箱的设计、制作、安装和封底混凝土的施工方法。其中钢吊箱的分解制作、现场拼装、分块下放、止水等工艺,最大限度避免大型设备的使用,节省了大量的工程成本,采用该技术实现了深水承台的干作业施工,具有一定的社会与经济效益,可广泛推广。 Combined with the newly built project of south outer-ring expressway( the section of Tacheng to Shengmi) in Nanchang,Jiangxi Province,this paper elaborated the design,fabrication,installation and sealing bottom concrete construction methods about the steel boxed cofferdam in the deepwater bearing platform of the south outer-ring viaduct. By adopting the technologies such as steel boxed cofferdam fabrication piece by piece,field assembly,block descent and water sealing,the use of large equipment can be avoided as much as possible,and the project cost was saved a lot. With the technology,it could realize the dry construction for deepwater bearing platform. It had certain social and economic benefits,and would be widely popularized.
