摘要
以长沙市桐梓坡路-鸭子铺通道工程为背景,分析了大直径盾构机的盾体加工制造过程的技术难点。针对这些技术难点,提出盾体径向分块、轴向分段的总体方案,并开展具体研究。通过采用合理的加工工序以及焊接工艺块等过程控制方法,减小焊接变形,保证组合成整体后的盾体达到设计的公差要求,提高产品质量。
Taking the Tongzipo-Yazipu crossing tunnel project in Changsha as a background,technology difficulties of shield body manufacturing was analyzed for large diameter shield machine. Aiming at the technology difficulties,the overall scheme with radial partitioning and axial subsection was put forward and studied in detail. Through process control method of rational manufacturing procedure and block welding,welding deformation was diminished to satisfy tolerance requirements in design after assembling,and then the product quality was improved.
