摘要 敞开式TBM厚板焊接采用传统焊接方法,填充金属量大、效率低、劳动强度大、焊接质量不易控制。为适应掘进机快速发展对质量和工期的要求,对厚板窄间隙MAG焊工艺进行研究,并对焊接接头的金相组织及力学性能进行分析,从而为窄间隙MAG焊在掘进机上的应用提供技术依据,进一步推进掘进机生产过程中的自动化、智能化,降低劳动强度,提高生产效率。 Traditional welding method is adopted in the open type TBM thick plate welding,the filler metal quantity is large,low efficiency,high labor intensity and it is not easy to control the quality of welding. In order to adapt to the rapid development for the quality and schedule requirements of boring machine,we make a research on the thick plate narrow gap MAG welding process,and analyze the metallographic organization and mechanical properties of welding joint,which provides a technical basis for application of narrow gap MAG welding in the shield machine. Furthermore,it promotes the automation and intelligence of tunneling machine in the production process,thus the labor intensity is reduced and the production efficiency is improved.
