摘要
结合海河春意桥工程,阐述了大跨度连续变截面箱形钢桥的施工节段划分、桥型曲线控制、箱体组拼等施工技术。通过模拟计算和以往公路梁施工经验,解决了重吨位、特大型构件无法工厂化整体制作和运输的难题,满足了现场跨河施工栈桥承载力的要求,有效降低了现场的施工难度和强度,从而实现了提高产品质量、提高生产效率和缩短工期的目标。
Combined with the project of Chunyi Bridge in Haihe River,the article described the construction technologies in construction section division,bridge curve control and box assembling of box-shaped steel bridge with long span continu-ous variable cross-section.Through analog computation and the experience of highway beam construction,it solved the problems that the heavy and extra large components weren’t integrated production and transportation.At the same time,it satisfied the bearing capacity requirements of trestle bridge crossing the river at the construction site,and effectively re-duced construction difficulty and intensity on the spot.Thus,the targets of improving product quality and productivity and shortening period were achieved.
