摘要
中低速磁悬浮轨道梁预制技术对线路的施工精度要求较高,特别是曲线地段对线形控制较为严格,设计上使用了大量不同半径的曲线轨道梁。曲线梁在轻轨上使用较多,但曲线梁的调整工艺大多采用人工调整方式,技术比较落后,生产效率也不高,对此,开发了曲线梁模型自动调整工艺,从而提高了曲线梁的施工精度和生产效率。以曲线梁预制为例,对曲线梁调整方法、施工工艺等关键技术进行介绍。
Greater demands of construction precision are being placed on the lines for the precast technology of medium and low speed maglev track beams,especially the curve section of the linear control is relatively strict.A large number of curved track beams with different radii are designed.Curve beam is usually used in light rail,but the adjustment process of the curved beam is mainly used in artificial adjustment,the technology is relatively backward,and the production efficiency is not high.In light of this,the automatic adjustment process of curved beam model is developed,thus improving the con-struction precision and production efficiency of curved beam.Taking the prefabrication of curved beam as an example,ad-justment method for curved beam,construction technology and other key technologies are introduced.
